香港美食 – 再訪阿鴻小吃
鴻哥未奪米芝蓮星星之前,小臣都有去光顧。去年某天再訪時,忽然見他關了門,以為又是因業主加租而結業,幸好只是裝修而已。之後便在報上讀到他「摘星」的消息,當日裝修,應該是為迎接後來傳媒追訪而先「裝身」。
小臣替鴻哥高興之餘,反而不敢再去光顧,因害怕遇上慕名而來的人群。這天本來是到北角的另一家店吃的,豈料撲了個空,小卡提議來阿鴻,所以才又來到這裡。
點了兩道小吃及一個撈麵。先吃鴨下巴,味道和以前一樣,麻辣味夠,八角味亦很搶,鴨舌爽口入味。
聽見是日例湯是番茄蘿蔔薯仔湯,當然要來一碗,是無添加的住家味道,材料足所以味濃,簡單而味美。
元蹄拼大腸,前者第一次吃,入口軟糯即化,膠質豐富;大腸是一層層的套腸,濃厚又有層次。
是日用來的撈麵的鵝片不太瘦,肉質又嫩,特別好吃,鴻哥的這一鍋鹵水,由以前有少許嗆喉到現在的沉厚,絕對是接受了時間的洗禮。
兩個人再吃不下此店的名物南乳粗齋,惟有留待下次。
[對攝影有研究的看倌,是不是覺得這輯照片的淺景深效果不太突出?對,這是小臣另一支 kit 鏡 14-45mm 拍的,最大光圈只有 F3.5,當然比不上餅鏡的 F1.7 大光圈]

Ha! This is my favourite, I ate this early May this year. It is very good, I am very deprived from eating goose as is expensive and rare in Singapore. I will go back again my next visit. 🙂 Thanks Jason.
P.S. I remember i queue up about an hour……BUT worth waiting.

Glad that you like this. Didn’t know that it is so difficult to get goose in Singapore.
Wow, an hour! That’s why I haven’t visited him since then.
有時我反而鐘意全清的食物照^^
景深效果係唔錯, 不過全清都唔差吖, 得閒轉下手法唔錯呢 XD

對,有時太迷信大光圈,可能忽略了看倌的感受.
Singapore government is just too strict, no fresh duck eggs, no goose only a handful of Teochew Restaurants do serve that.
Waiting for an hour is still acceptable to me. So you see how crazy food lover I am.

Last time I waited an hour was at "加大賀", at least 10 years ago !!
